ANSOTEC SOLUCIONES TECNOLÓGICAS S.L. has been the beneficiary of the European Regional Development Fund whose goal is to improve the use and quality of ICT, and access to them, for the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to improve the competitiveness and productivity of the company. [16/01/2018]. To do this, it has enjoyed the support of the TicCámaras Programme of the Granada Chamber of Commerce.
TIC Cámaras is a programme run by Spain’s upper council of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Navigation, and its purpose is to promote the systematic incorporation of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) as key competitive tools in the strategies of the SMEs taking part, and to maximize the opportunities that new technologies provide to improve productivity and competitiveness.
The goal of this Programme is to encourage the systematic incorporation of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) as key competitive tools in strategy, and to maximize the opportunities that they provide to improve productivity and competitiveness. To this end, they will promote the adoption by SMEs of strategies that enable them to include ICT systematically in their ordinary business activities. In short, it aims to contribute to improving the competitiveness of SMEs, small companies and the self-employed through the adoption of a culture of permanent use and exploitation of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in their business strategies to achieve sustained economic growth.
