{"id":6870,"date":"2021-05-21T10:15:50","date_gmt":"2021-05-21T08:15:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ansotec.witdesarrollo.es\/the-delegate-for-agriculture-and-the-delegate-for-the-environment-visit-the-conde-de-benalua-facilities\/"},"modified":"2026-01-22T17:48:24","modified_gmt":"2026-01-22T16:48:24","slug":"the-delegate-for-agriculture-and-the-delegate-for-the-environment-visit-the-conde-de-benalua-facilities","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ansotec.com\/pt-pt\/the-delegate-for-agriculture-and-the-delegate-for-the-environment-visit-the-conde-de-benalua-facilities\/","title":{"rendered":"The Delegate for Agriculture and the Delegate for the Environment visit the Conde de Benalua facilities"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The Delegate of Agriculture of the Junta de Andaluc\u00eda, Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00edn, and the Delegate of the Environment, Manuel Francisco Garc\u00eda, have visited the Conde de Benal\u00faa facilities.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The CEO of ANSOTEC, Alberto Guzm\u00e1n, was able to explain and present the successful case of implementation of the Connected Oil Mill Solution 4.0.<\/strong> This solution has been developed and implemented by ANSOTEC in the San Sebasti\u00e1n cooperative in Benal\u00faa de las Villas.<\/p>\n<h2>Connected Oil Mill 4.0<\/h2>\n<p>In the town of Benal\u00faa de las Villas, the facilities of the San Sebasti\u00e1n &#8211; Conde de Benal\u00faa cooperative are located, a company founded in 1954. It currently has about 1,500 members and produces and markets olive oil, with brands such as Amarga and Pica, Count of Benal\u00faa and Olivar del Sur.<\/p>\n<p>The volume produced by this company is possible thanks to the oil mill that the company has, which is divided into three areas: a reception area, where the farmers take the olives, they are cleaned and they are introduced into hoppers; an extraction area, in which the olives are turned into oil; and a warehouse, where the final product is stored until it is delivered to the cooperative members.<\/p>\n<p>Ansotec is specialized <strong>in the implementation of digital transformation solutions for the industry,<\/strong> including all types of automation and control processes, mainly for the food, chemical and pharmaceutical sectors.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2358 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/ansotec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG_1298-edited-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1344\" height=\"756\"><\/p>\n<h2>Study and implementation<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ansotec&#8217;s first decision for this project, according to Guzm\u00e1n, was &#8220;to start a digitization study of the plant that contemplated the execution of the project in two phases.&#8221;<\/strong> For this, Ansotec proposed to Conde de Benal\u00faa to support this entire process on the equipment, systems and automation technology of Rockwell Automation, of whom they are certified integrators.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, <strong>in a first phase, they started the automation of the extraction room, where the olives are converted into oil.<\/strong> There, the ThinManager visualization platform and the PlantPAx Distributed Control System (DCS) were implemented to properly manage the core of the plant process.<\/p>\n<p>In a second phase, the entire ThinManager platform was extended to the rest of the plant, as well as the PlantPAx system was implemented in the rest of the plant areas (the area of \u200b\u200bthe olives&#8217; reception yards and the winery). <strong>At the same time, the production management solution created by Ansotec and called \u201cAlmazara Conectada 4.0\u201d was implemented to control all the processes and management of the plant.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This &#8220;Connected Mill 4.0&#8221; allows &#8220;the integration of all the data&#8221; comments Guzm\u00e1n. <strong>\u201cWith this tool we can implement all the devices and equipment that we want based on standards from recognized manufacturers such as Rockwell Automation.
